International Animal Relief was founded in New York as a non-governmental organization providing emergency rescue and medical treatment for injured and battered animals.

IAR has done numerous rescue missions to save the lives of stray cats and dogs. In addition to first-line rescue missions, the Animal Rescue Team has also worked with a number of animal health agencies to form a complete Veterinary team, and with many senior medical assistance and volunteers to provide stray dogs and cats and pets at home the same or even higher level of medical and physical and psychological care.
